Base weight looks good at 12 lbs! Quick question - are you including a bear canister in that? I don't see it listed but it's required for that section.
Have you tested that cook system in cold weather? I had the same setup on the JMT and found the fuel canister struggled above 10k ft.
I'd recommend bringing a 20°F bag if you run cold. Sierra nights can drop fast, even in summer, and a 30° might be cutting it close.
